Oliver Schmidt-Oerding grew up in northern Germany on the boarders of the North Sea in a hoteliers family running their own business since generations.
The neighborhood to the port cities of Bremen and Hamburg soon inspired him to travel the world extensively. While his hotel business studies took him to Switzerland, he gained his work experience with a strong operational background in some of the leading palaces and business hotels in the UK, Germany, the US and Switzerland.
Oliver started his career at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg, a Raffles Hotel, and over the years made his way up to head the Meeting, Incentive, Congress and Events Sales team Europe for Kempinski Hotels.
After all together eight years with this luxury brand representing 60 properties around the globe he decided in 2009 that it was time to built up his own company.

Maximiliano began his career as Project Assistant at Global Hotel Selection in 2012 and progressed to Account Director in 2019. He works one-on-one with clients, offering them a tailor-made solution for the challenges clients face when searching, negotiating and booking an exclusive event. Maximiliano is a professional with an MBA in International Hospitality Management and over 10 years experience within the luxury customer service, travel, and meeting industries.
He has spent several years acquiring valuable working experience throughout different cities such as Buenos Aires, Paris, Geneva, Doha, Miami, and Sydney.
With his passion for exploring new cultures, experiencing international hospitality and discovering exciting locales, Maximiliano will create unforgettable moments.
He has worked in various operations and management positions in significant international groups such as Hyatt, Kempinski, Leading Hotels of the World, Intercontinental and Swiss Airlines, giving him an insight into the problems and challenges clients confront when organizing their dream event, saving them time , money and nerves!
